Due to the small and carefully planned nature of our remote gatherings, ticket sales are subject to the following cancellation terms:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Tickets become non-refundable within 7 days of the event.

Tickets may be transferred to another guest at any time by contacting us in advance.

If Falloway needs to cancel or postpone the event, guests will be offered a full refund.

Our gatherings are designed to embrace the outdoors and events will proceed in most weather conditions.

Covered dining areas and contingency plans are in place where required. We recommend guests dress appropriately for changing countryside weather conditions.

The gathering takes place on a working farm in the Kent countryside and guests should expect some uneven ground and grass pathways between areas of the event.

Please contact us in advance with any accessibility questions and we will always do our best to accommodate where possible.

We aim to accommodate most dietary requirements where adequate notice is given. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

Guests will travel by train from London at their own cost, before being transferred to the farm via private shuttle. Full travel information will be shared ahead of the event.

Free parking is available at the farm should you be driving.
